Mmm strawberry tarts.
Here is my recipe hope ya like!
Make your favorite pie crust and roll it out.
Cut into 4x2 inch strips
Spread homemade organic strawberry jam on each strip leaving a quarter inch bare for sealing.
Roll it in 3rds and press into raw sugar.
Bake at 350 until golden brown.
For flaky tarts you can roll and fold in butter in your crust several times but you will need to refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes between folds.
Also in your jam recipe add a bit of butter for extra yummy flavor!
