Updates for heh shows next week!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that I will not be around for until next Sunday. My husband's Grandfather passed away last night and we are headed to Texas for the funeral so I'm not sure how much access I will have to internet. So my live shows for next week will postponed for the following week, be ready to watch me twice. I'll update you if I can along the way!

$1 store findings blog hop project

Hi everyone! I'm so excited about this theme because we had to go to a dollar store and find a fun project to make. I found these super cute wooden bird houses and just had to play. I will have a video on these techniques for you later today so check back! Don't forget to check Liz's blog too!

First Blog Hop Post Watercolor Journal! Antique Store Finds!

Hi everyone! My friend Liz from Tattered Angels asked if I would like to do a blog hop with her and I am having a blast! What a fun challenge this was! In the next few days we'll posting videos of special projects from the list of themes below. Make sure to check out Liz's blog as well to see what her creative mind has come up with too!

APRIL

19^th antique store finds: reusing vintage items in crafting. We will take a trip to the flea market and come back with a variety of options to make you re-think these lost treasures.

22^nd$1 Store: Now we all know that $1 stores do have a small scrapbooking aisle... but what about the rest of the store? We will explore the possibilities beyond the craft section and open up the possibilities to some VERY interesting finds.

26^th Reduce, Recycle, Reuse: on this day we will feature some "unconventional" products that can be easily re-used in a FABULOUS way! Sprinkle in a little "green" mentality and you have an inexpensive and totally resourceful crafting experience.

29^th Rags to Riches: So for this day we are taking some of our "older layouts" and projects and reinventing them to a modern time, not necessarily taking them apart... but offering a "classic" layout the opportunity to be "new" and perhaps take these ideas onto a whole new page. We will also be utilizing some literal "rags" and incorporating them into our projects.

Blog Hop Sneak peek!

Hi everyone! My friend Liz over at Tattered Angels asked em to do this blog hop with her starting the 19th and I'm really having a great time with it! What we'll do is we'll post a video of a special project and theme and the theme of this blog hop is from Shabby to Chic! We;ll have awesome ideas and techniques to share, so make sure to check back daily! Oh did I mention we're both going to give some goodies away at the end of it?? Oh shame on me to tease you! For now here is a sneak peek at what my first video will be on. The theme was turning something old into something fabulous so we had fun shopping at the Antique stores for this one!

Upcoming class, so fun!

Hi everyone! Man it is really late and I am super tired but working hard on a Prima project! Oh yes it is never ending and I'm thinking about putting a bed in my craft room lol!
